8:00am-5:00pm weekdays with other days and times only on an “as needed” basis.

POSITION SUMMARY
HMDA Coordinator must maintain up-to-date knowledge on the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and its data collecting and reporting requirements. The HMDA Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing loan documentation and verifying data on the HMDA Data Sheet, tracking HMDA reportable loans and receipt of HMDA Data Sheet for said loans, monitoring scheduled reports, as well as reviewing and modifying data on the HMDA LAR, and other such duties as needed.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Adhere to all governmental regulations and bank policies and procedures as directed
• Have a sense of urgency and professionalism in all aspects of the position
• Track and confirm receipt of HMDA Data Sheets for HMDA reportable loans
• Review loan documents and HMDA Data Sheets thoroughly for accuracy and potential issues
• Obtain additional documentation where needed
• Scan and attach needed documentation to loan file within loan operating system
• Maintain accuracy of loan origination system
• Maintain accuracy of data on the HMDA LAR
• Monitor scheduled reports
• Assist team with day-to-day functions based on workload and task allocation
• Correspond promptly and professionally with team members related to loan files
• Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all team members and customers
• Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work
• Perform all others duties as requested or assigned

Education : High school Diploma or Equivalent
