Production Coordinator - Mortgage Lending

Reports To: Mortgage Manager
Amount of Travel Required: Some-Limited
Work Schedule:
8:00am-5:00pm weekdays with other days and times only on an “as needed” basis.


POSITION SUMMARY
Production Coordinator will assist the SVP/Mortgage Manager and assigned Mortgage Loan officers in communications with customers to provide a better customer experience and with processors to maintain closing date expectations. This position will assist in gathering customer documentation and attaching to the loan file within the loan operating system and communicate file status to customers and agents. The Production Coordinator will assist with disclosure reviews, the rate lock desk, and answering the mortgage central phone line. This position will also work closely with mortgage loan officers to remove technical exceptions on in-house loans and other such duties that are needed.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Review all documents thoroughly for accuracy and potential issues

• Review condition lists provided by processing and assist Loan Officer in gathering needed conditions from customer.

• Coordinate with closing agents and brokers, obtain additional documentation where needed

• Scan and attach needed documentation to loan file within loan operating system.

• Maintain accuracy of loan origination system

• Assist team with day-to-day functions based on workload and task allocation.

• With the loan officer, coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, escrow agents, surveyors and real estate agents to obtain additional documentation

• Respond promptly to customer requests, problems and needs.

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Adhere to all governmental regulations and bank policies and procedures as directed.

• Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all team members and customers.

• Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

• Perform all others duties as requested or assigned

Education : High school Diploma or Equivalent


Experience: industry experience preferred but not required.
